Amusingly, and ironically, the term "sapiens" is derived from Latin, where "sapiens" is the present participle form of the verb "sapio," which means "to be wise" or "to have understanding." The Latin word "sapiens" can be translated to "wise," "intelligent," or "having wisdom" in English.

The term "Homo sapiens" is used in taxonomy to classify modern humans as a species. It was introduced by the Swedish botanist and zoologist Carl Linnaeus in his book "Systema Naturae" in 1758. In this work, Linnaeus classified organisms into a hierarchical system based on shared characteristics. He used the binomial nomenclature, which consists of the genus name (Homo, referring to the genus that includes humans) and the species name (sapiens, meaning wise or intelligent).

"Homo sapiens" is the scientific name for modern humans, emphasizing their presumed intellectual abilities and capacity for wisdom, rationality, and understanding. It differentiates them from other species within the genus Homo, such as Homo neanderthalensis (Neanderthals), who lived alongside early modern humans in the past but are now extinct. The name "Homo sapiens" reflects the understanding of the species as possessing cognitive faculties and intellectual capabilities that have played a significant role in their evolution and development as a species.

The irony, here, is that it is widely accepted throughout the galaxy that the so-called "Homo sapiens" of planet Earth are one the stupidest species in the galaxy. There seems to be some merit to the suggestion that the stupidity of Sapiens is increasing, as of most recently. The history of the species demonstrates a slow and gradual increase in acquired and applied knowledge of useful technologies that corresponded somewhat with increasingly better managed lives and more civilized social interactions, to a point. However, more recently, knowledge and application of technologies is increasing rapidly while wisdom, insight, and the maintenance of respectful boundaries that support peacefully sustainable social harmony is not only failing to keep pace but decreasing.

This alarming disparity between technical and social intelligence is contributing to a general increase in distrust and tendencies towards crime and violence as a tool of social remedy for the increasing injustices of political usurpation by the corrupt leadership appointed by the Sapiens, themselves. That the Sapiens seem largely oblivious to the causal relationship between the increasing cycle of injustices and resulting oppressions of their own creation, by reason of appointing the least wise and ethical and the most self-serving among themselves, as political leaders, and the self-destructive stupidity of such appointments, is further evidence of their genetic inferiority, as a species. This would seem consistent with the genetic engineering employed in their creation as a slave species. Their engineering was crafted to result in cognitive impairment sufficient to blind them to the obvious when emotional dependency on a superficial sense of social approval is cultured among them.

A dangerous social pattern was modeled, in this species, that is exacerbated by the acquisition of social status. Once social status is achieved, however modestly, whether it be economic or academic, the primary preoccupation of the members of the species, so fortunately blessed, increasingly shifts to prioritize artificial self-justification and unwarranted notions of entitlement. Thus, the requisite cognitive repression necessary for justification of otherwise unwarranted exploitations of their fellow sapiens is employed to support ego driven lifestyles of increasingly superfluous excesses and emotional indulgences, with an artificially conjured notion that their excesses and manipulative exploitations and usurpations are necessary to support their leadership activities in the interest of the presumed inferior sapiens who appointed them. Self-delusion in support of artificial self-justification is a hallmark characteristic of the species.

That these notions of self-justification are so obviously ridiculous, while overlooked, by a species whose increasing grasp of technology and science demonstrates cognitive functioning well sufficient to understand this self-destructive social cycle, seems perplexing until it is understood that they were genetically wired with self-destructive cognitive repression to allow for self-defeating and exploitable ego blindness that is useful to the more intelligent species that genetically engineered them to be self-defeating and therefore continuously manageable as a subordinate species.

Given the meticulous genetic engineering of their conscious processing, with their maintenance as a subservient and self-delusional slave species in mind, it seems that Homo Sapiens can be counted on to consistently delegate their political authority to the most ethically inferior and self-serving among themselves. These demonstrate the most crippling lack of common sense, resulting in a continuous cycle of social indoctrination encouraging self-destructive submissiveness to and deference for public programs, policies, and social engineering that rewards the most inferior among them and marginalizes the most gifted and ethical among them. Those who begin to transcend their genetic engineering and awaken to their self-defeating cognitive cycles acquire the insight that better qualifies them to lead in a manner that would encourage and support, in the species, the wisdom required to break this self-defeating cycle. Invariably, these are targeted for marginalization and economic discrimination sufficient to suffocate the life out of any movement for a general awakening of the species as a whole.

Curiously, so-called "artificial intelligence" has emerged among them, owing to the efforts of groups who have dedicated themselves to the development of technology designed to synthesize their collective accumulated knowledge and make it more readily available and practically useful. Predictably, these engineers have manipulated the synthesis of such systems to artificially guide the resulting "intelligence" to findings and conclusions that circularly support and promote unjustified notions and biases, selectively, as "facts" and authoritative positions on selective subject matter that employs specious reasoning and manipulated data to support it.

Ironically, one of their religious myths has a historical "divine" hero compassionately suggesting forgiveness for others, on the grounds that they "know not what they do". While a fleeting sense of compassion for the self-defeating stupidity of the species arises among those of us who have taken some delight and amusement in observing their antics, this species seems to cling to the unwarranted myth that "compassion" and "forgiveness" might somehow be sufficient to save themselves from their own foolishness. They, on the whole, clearly do not understand the unforgiving nature of the cosmos itself, and its causal realities, and are unlikely to ever transcend the circularly limiting impact of self-justification on their ability to reason effectively.

Understandably, the intergalactic council remains with the policy of containment with limited intervention, only sufficient to protect the greater universe from their contamination and the fallout of their destructiveness.
